For nearly three years Mike served as the executive pastor of Grace Bible Church.  As       executive pastor, Mike managed the day-to-day operations of the church as well as its    different ministries and staff.  Mike felt the call to plant a church in 2000 and under the leadership and tutelage of Pastor Norman Nakanishi, Mike planted Grace Bible Kapolei on September 24, 2006.

Previously, Mike served Grace Bible Church as its college and youth pastor.  He also was a missionary with Youth With A Mission where he was part of a mission team to England, Germany, and France for eight months.  Mike currently holds a Master of Divinity degree from the The King’s Seminary and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Hawaii.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Mike lives in Kapolei with his wife, Julie, and their three sons, Josiah, Micah, and Aaron.
